The medical term, schizotypal personality disorder is known as a serious condition that normally involves a person that has little to none intimate relationships. There isn’t no cure for this disorder however, there are some medications and psychotherapy that can really help to alleviate the symptoms of the disorder.

  • Incorrect interpretation of events that take place which includes the feeling that events that take place externally have some form of personal meaning.
  • Possess a belief in special powers.
  • Paranoid or suspicious ideas.
  • Perceptual alterations.
  • Excessive and persistent social anxiety that really doesn’t abate with time.
