The Impact Factors In A Confrontation
Everything in life has impact factors, they are signs, things that can change the course of an event. Like the formation of a tropical storm, the impact factors would be the water’s temperature and the air’s temperature. But we won’t worry about storms but rather confrontations. Example: A man gets jumped by a mad teenager in an ally. The Man is carrying his baby. The impact factor would be the baby. Now imagine the same scenario without the baby, the option for the victim would be way different and simpler. Here a few impact factors..
-The Sex of the attacker and of the victim. Man attacking Woman, Woman attacking Man. Each bring different challenges and different scenarios.
-Age, the relative ages of people involved. The age of the aggressor and victim could completely change the outcome of the brawl, so this should be considered a key factor.
-The Physical fitness, if the person looks overweight and you think you could outrun, that would make this a key factor in the confrontation.
-Use Of Weapon, if the person has a weapon absolutely avoid the fight, even if he/she doesn’t avoid it. But when they have a weapon forget any impact factors and look for an escape route. Never put yourself in harm or others.
-Location, if the area of the confrontation is near a police station that alone dramatically changes the scenario.
-Drugs, Alcohol, these are one of the biggest factors, without their involvement you can at the least try to common sense with the attacker. But one who is consumed by drugs or Alcohol won’t care about money and will attack you for whatever reason.
-Numbers, this can really change the outcome. If the number is on your side, which most of the time it’s not. You could control the situation. If not escaping or just listening to their demands would be best.
